How can Germany become more international in terms of Research and Development (R & D)? A Prognos study presents selected approaches from abroad used to strengthen international mobility and networking in science and the economy.
The internationalisation of the innovation system will be tackled increasingly strategically in national economies with strong R & D. There are many measures available to aid the internationalisation of science. However, the portfolio of instruments differs only marginally from country to country. On the other hand, there are far fewer measures that specifically support the internationalisation of research companies and their founders. This research was carried out for the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft e. V. (Association for German Science).
