Dr Oliver Ehrentraut, an Economist (Diploma), has been with Prognos AG since 2008. He is Director, Head of the economics division and responsible for the Prognos Germany Report project. Previously, he was a research associate at the Institute of Finance I and the Research Centre for Intergenerational Contracts at the University of Freiburg. The focus of Mr Ehrentraut's research lies on economic and social policy in the context of demographic and technological change. Central components of this research are the long-term economic, social and fiscal effects of various influencing factors and policy options. In addition to the economics division, Dr Oliver Ehrentraut is also head of Prognos’ Freiburg office.
