Dr. Axel Seidel is responsible for the coordination of our business units as well as the areas of personnel and organisation. He focuses on important topics for Prognos AG such as sustainability, innovation, working methods of the future, and digital transformation.
In addition to leading the entire human resources management for all employees, Melanie Nogossek is also responsible for Prognos AG’s recruitment process. Further training, personnel development, employer branding, and occupational health management are also part of her area. In 2018 she was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee for Education and Training for the Düsseldorf Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where she remains active to this day.

Monika Baar has been working as an assistant in the human resources department since December 2021 and is dedicating her part-time studies to a topic close to her heart, psychology. She manages on- and offboarding and supports application management. She is happy to be available as a contact person for health issues such as mental health and is also assigned as a psychological first aid.
Tania Besonnet is the central contact for all personnel issues in Belgium and Switzerland as well as for cross-border issues.
Kamil Starostka gained his first professional experience with one of the world’s largest legal protection insurance companies. Since 2021 he has completed a training course for office management. His focus is on human resources and office management. He supports the HR team in (almost) all topics – from application, to onboarding and further development to offboarding.
