Melanie Nogossek joined Prognos AG in 2011 and is now Head of HR, responsible for all human resources management at the company. In this role, she strategically and operationally manages all HR-related issues and aligns HR work with the company's goals. She pays particular attention to the legal aspects of human resources, the further development of the organization, and the professional and personal development of employees and managers. It is important to her to strengthen a work culture characterized by clarity, trust, and appreciation—while at the same time creating space for modern, effective work.
