Money doesn’t matter? Yes, it does. This why we offer a share in the company’s success with an annual bonus, for all employees, irrespective of their position. In addition, when the company is doing well, depending on position, the fixed salary is topped up with a variable performance-related remuneration.
Protection & provision
Through a subsidised salary conversion, all employees have the option of paying into a direct pension insurance. We also participate in capital-forming benefits. In addition, occupational disability insurance can be purchased with particularly favourable conditions.
Benefits in everyday life
Our employees benefit from attractive advantages in all relevant areas of life – for example, technology, travel, fashion, living and much more – via our partner Corporate Benefits. Through a salary conversion, we subsidise lunch and shopping vouchers. Our employees travel sustainably, for example with a corporate BahnCard, a discounted monthly public transport ticket (depending on location), bicycle leasing, car-sharing systems, and rental car discounts. Every permanent employee has the possibility of a free company credit card.

There is a reason we talk about work-life balance. Individual working time models, parental leave, sabbaticals, and educational leave are a matter of course for us. The way our employees reconcile private life and work remains an individual decision. In order to be able to achieve outstanding results with a clear head, the balancing of their profession is a top priority – and we attach great importance to all employees using their 30-day holidays for this very reason.
Mental and physical health
Our goal: A healthy team. From height-adjustable desks and noise-cancelling equipment to back-saving notebook backpacks, we are happy to provide our employees with all the tools they need. Networked working, anywhere
Networked working is immensely important for us. Whether in one of our offices, on business trips, or in a favourite café, our optimal IT infrastructure enables all our employees to work on the move from (almost) any location. Through bonus or salary conversion programmes, we support modern technical equipment in mobile working. All our permanent employees get a modern laptop and an iPhone, including a mobile phone contract. Of course, you can also use all of this privately if you want.
Trust-based working hours
We trust each other. This means, among other things, trust-based working hours and the possibility of mobile working. In order to guarantee the trust-based working hours, we rely on self-monitoring within our teams and autonomous documentation. Overtime is compensated individually and in consultation with the teams in a timely manner. We only disturb colleagues during their free time, weekends, or holidays in the most extreme emergency. If it does happen, the hours will be compensated with free time.
Experience something together
We like to spend time together, professionally and – if you wish – also privately. Prognos therefore enables and subsidises a variety of community activities: Skiing weekends, hiking, book club, excursions – many things are possible, and we are happy to support new ideas. One highlight is our Get Together, where all Prognos employees come together. Beyond our daily work, we concentrate on developing new content and topics, networking, enjoying being together and sharing.
Social commitment is rewarded
For us, responsibility also means demanding and promoting the social commitment of our teams and employees. And it works: Every year, our Prognos teams at all locations are committed to supporting a good cause – and with full commitment, because the projects are chosen and initiated by them.
