Datum 4. - 5. June 2024 Location Brussels, hybrid The Cohesion for Transitions (C4T) Community of Practice is a community-based platform that aims to support EU Member States and regions in making better use of EU funds for the transition to a sustainable economy. In this spirit, DG REGIO and the C4T Secretariat are organising the second edition of the C4T conference with the aim of bringing together managing authorities, regions, local authorities and other stakeholders involved in the implementation of investments. The conference will emphasise the central role of local actors and civil society in shaping the transition to sustainability. Compelling examples of transition solutions in practice will be presented to inspire and guide collective efforts towards a greener, low-carbon economy. As part of the conference, our colleagues Richard Simpson and Michelle Reuter will lead a meeting of the Academic Sounding Board, a science network that supports the Cohesion for Transitions Platform. In addition, our colleagues Anna Kronvall and Vera Fuhs will lead a meeting of the Climate Protection Working Group, which Prognos supports as a scientific partner.
