Location

The Special Olympics is a global inclusion movement of which the Special Olympics World Games are the highlight: The world's largest inclusive sporting event, taking place every four years alternately as summer and winter games. From the 17th to the 25th of June 2023, thousands of athletes with intellectual disabilities will compete in 26 sports. This year the summer event takes place in Berlin and for the first time in Germany.

With 89 colleagues from all ten Prognos locations, we will be there – and together with thousands of other volunteers, we will ensure it all runs smoothly.

Prognos has six volunteering teams

"So many colleagues who accepted our invitation to volunteer for several days – this is a response to be proud of," says Managing Director Christian Böllhoff. "We live diversity" is one of Prognos Ag’s guiding principles.

In small groups, the teams will assist table tennis, roller skating, sailing, tennis, cycling and basketball events. As a company, Prognos is not only taking care of the organisation and accommodation, but has also freed all volunteers from their duties for three (paid) working days. In total: Over 2,100 working hours for our commitment to an inclusive world!

Commitment any time, anywhere

Every year, Prognos employees at all locations give to worthy causes – with full commitment, because the projects are chosen and initiated by them. Prognos supports them organisationally and financially supporting a huge range of organisations and initiatives.
