In cooperation with the SchlaU-Schule, Prognos employees conducted job application training with refugees at the Munich location. They simulated interviews, discussed CVs together, and answered questions about their desired professions. In the Munich SchlaU-Schule, young refugees aged between 16 and 25 are taught and guided towards a state school leaving certificate. The school then supports them in the transition to the job market. This was the fourth time the campaign took place, and it is slowly becoming part of the Munich office tradition.
