For the tenth time in a row, Statista and brand eins magazine have honoured outstanding companies in the consulting industry. For 2023, Prognos has once again been ranked among the best companies in the public sector & infrastructure category. This places us in the top 310 of Germany’s approximately 20,000 consulting companies. How the ranking is put together In the context of an extensive survey, industry experts and their clients decide who will make it to the Statista and brands eins’ leader board. Brand eins and Statista first ask the industry representatives themselves (colleague recommendation) and then contact their clients (client assessment). For the purpose of putting together the 2023 leader boards, 8,328 management personnel members from management consultancies were personally contacted. The questionnaire was filled out by 1,967 people to select the best ones. This survey (colleague recommendation) was unaided and open, meaning that there were no guidelines for the type of responses that should be given. Following the internal industry survey, Statista and brand eins then asked the management consultancies’ clients for their opinion (client assessment) via an online survey. In total, 1,300 senior executives from companies of all sizes and 200 senior executives from DAX, M-DAX, S-DAX and TEC-DAX companies were asked to record their experiences.
