The social integration of refugees is closely linked to participation in the job market. The Munich-based Prognos team has dealt with the latter in a practical manner and organised application training for young refugees. In 2017 and 2018, training sessions of this type were held in the Munich office. For a whole morning, Prognos colleagues and 17 school students from the Munich SchlaU-Schule simulated job interviews and gave tips on the interview process. Electrician, medical professional, and hairdresser were all among the preferred professions. Because the talks were held in small groups, the Munich colleagues not only learned about the participants’ professional aspirations, but also about their lives. An exciting and instructive day for all! More information about our social commitment can be found here Do you have questions?
