As a sociologist, Susanne Heinzelmann is responsible for the consulting fields of education and science as well as employment and qualification. After working for the University Evaluation Network Southwest at the Centre for Quality Assurance and Development, Susanne Heinzelmann joined Prognos AG in 2008.

Her work focuses on the evaluation and monitoring of model projects and funding programmes as well as science-based policy and strategy consulting on the future design of the education, higher education and employment system.
