Kristina Stegner works at Prognos AG on the central interfaces of the labour market and education policy. This includes evaluations of political programmes in the area of vocational orien-tation or vocational (initial) training as well as the support of comprehensive strategy processes on questions of shaping the future world of work. Currently, Kristina Stegner heads the office of ‚Rat der Arbeitswelt‘ which was appointed by the Federal Minister of Labour, Hubertus Heil. Finally, she is an expert in evaluation approaches and methods and also works as a trainer in this context.
