Clusters meet regions workshop in Barcelona

Datum

Location

Barcelona

Between the 14th and 16th of December 2022, the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP) is organising the fifth "Clusters meet Regions" workshop together with the European Commission and the Spanish Agency for Business Competitiveness (ACCIÓ). The event will be held in Barcelona this time.

The workshop in Catalonia will focus on two main topics:

  • Talent as a key competitive asset to ensure future competitiveness.
  • The role of clusters in the transition to a more sustainable competitiveness in Catalonia.

On the second day of the event, Dr Jan-Philipp Kramer will present the new input paper for the Catalonia region. The input paper presents the regional cluster ecosystem of Catalonia, outlines the relevance of clusters for regional economic development and provides inspiration for the future development of the region.
