Workshop: Measuring territorial innovation potential

A workshop on the European Commission’s smart specialization framework will be held in Seville on 21 and 22 February. The focus will be on reflection and further development of the framework for EU enlargement and the Neighborhood Region. Dr Jan-Philipp Kramer will be speaking on-site at the panel on 22 February on the new challenges and requirements to adapt the framework for other regions outside the EU. The aim of the workshop is to learn from the practical experience gained in the implementation of the framework. The event is organised by the Joint Research Center (JRC) of the European Commission.
