As part of the Harnessing Talent Platform, to which Prognos belongs, 10 selected regions that are particularly affected by demographic change and the brain drain receive technical support. On-site visits are made to the regions, workshops on strategy development are organised and expert opinions on specific problems in the regions are obtained. The main objective is to support the selected regions in coping with the consequences of demographic change and the brain drain. Technical support started with kick-off meetings on site As part of the Harnessing Talent Platform, Prognos is one of the organisations providing this technical support. The first kick-off meetings were held on site last month. These kick-off meetings initiated the diagnostic phase of the project, which aims to better understand the needs and challenges of the region and carry out a gap analysis. This determines the extent to which the current political framework conditions meet these challenges. On this basis, the implementation phase will begin with the implementation of the strategic roadmap that each region will develop. Within the consortium, Prognos coordinates the technical support as a whole. On the other hand, we directly support the following five regions.
