60 rooms for the management and senior executives

This hotel is easily accessible from Wilhelmshöhe train station and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kassel City Hall congress centre. It offers modern and spacious rooms as well as a spa and fitness area with a panoramic view. The H4 Hotel implements the hotel's own sustainability programme ‘EULE’. The management meeting and leadership circle will take place in the conference rooms on Wednesday, 25 June 2025. Therefore, the room contingent is reserved for the management and the leadership circle. The Kulturbahnhof conference location can be reached by S-Bahn/regional train within 20 minutes. It takes 35 minutes to walk (2.6 km).

Pentahotel

This hotel is located directly next to the Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe train station and is ‘Green Key’ certified. The rooms are tastefully furnished with free pay-TV channels and a rain shower. The hotel has a sauna and a fitness room. In the hotel's Pentalounge, which is a combination of reception, bar and restaurant, you can end the evening at the pool table. The Kulturbahnhof conference centre can be reached by S-Bahn/regional train within 15 minutes.

The Pentahotel has two wheelchair-accessible rooms and one barrier-free room.

Hotel Hessenland Kassel

This 1950s hotel was saved from vacancy and upcycling. The operator pursues a comprehensive second-hand concept throughout the entire hotel. The colourful rooms are individually designed, sustainable care products are provided and the breakfast is homemade, regional, vegan and vegetarian. In the community area, you can make yourself comfortable with a book, a cappuccino and a view over Brüder-Grimm-Platz or play a game together. The property is about a 15-minute walk (1 km) from the Kulturbahnhof Kassel and the Orangerie.
