Organizational information (FAQ)

How do I submit a travel expense report, which train should I take and what should I wear? You can find all the information in our FAQ.

Who can participate?

The Get Together is aimed at all employees who are in an employment relationship with Prognos at the time of the GTO.

Participation is mandatory and should be kept free from business appointments/client appointments if possible.

All employees will be released from work for these two days. Please set an appropriate out-of-office reply.

Participation of employees on maternity leave, on parental leave or on a sabbatical is also desired.

How do I register for the Get Together?

You can register online at the following link https://link.prognos.com/GTO25

We ask for feedback by 4 April 2025.

Feedback from each employee is required as this is a mandatory event.

What if I don't have time?

If you are unable to attend, please confirm this in advance with your dPers and only then cancel your attendance.

As a rule, last-minute cancellations incur high cancellation fees, which we would like to avoid.

Is digital participation possible?

No, it isn't. The Get Together is an in-person event with the aim of us getting to know each other in person and exchanging ideas.

Who is booking my hotel room?

All rooms will be booked centrally by the GTO project team based on the attendance survey. No one has to book their hotel room themselves.

Who pays the (travel) costs?

Prognos will cover all costs for travel to and from the destination, accommodation, the programme and meals at the destination.

You can claim the costs for the journey to the GTO and local public transport via the travel expense report (please take the Deutschlandticket into account if you have a subscription).

The per diems on 26 and 27 June will not be reimbursed, as full board will be provided on both days.

Other departure and arrival destinations and days are possible and will be reimbursed, provided that the costs for the trip do not significantly exceed the costs from/to the location.

The project number/cost centre is P000151.

Travel organisation

All employees will arrive on Wednesday, 25 June 2025. Please book as early as possible, e.g. to take advantage of early booking discounts. Wednesday evening is at your free disposal (exception: GL, FK, BR). The programme starts on Thursday at 9 am.

We ask you to use public transport on site and avoid unnecessary taxi rides.

The programme ends at 4 pm on Friday, 27 June 2025, i.e. departure can be planned for around 4:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

You can never go wrong with business casual. But usually the motto is ‘come as you are’.

Will photos be taken of me at the event?

By attending the get-together, you agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event for both internal and external purposes (e.g. website, social media) that will continue to be used even if you leave the company.

You are welcome to share your personal experiences with pictures on your social networks. Make sure that no internal information is included and that the personal rights of the persons depicted are not violated. For internal and external presentations, the speakers must be asked for permission in advance.
