The orangery was built by Landgrave Carl at the beginning of the 18th century. In those days, numerous orange and laurel trees overwintered in the central building – hence the name ‘orangery’. But now it houses a stylishly furnished garden hall, where our evening event will also take place. We will round off the day on the terrace with a magnificent view over the Karlsaue and enjoy an evening together with a buffet, DJ and accompanying programme.
