Dr Justyna Kramarczyk

Justyna Kramarczyk works in the Brussels office as a project manager in the field of research and innovation. She primarily manages and conducts evaluations of EU funding programmes such as Horizon Europe and the European Regional Development Fund.

Before joining Prognos AG, Justyna worked as a Policy Officer for the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) Association. In this role, she led the annual process of the Additional Activities Plan and fulfilled other monitoring obligations for the Horizon Europe Partnership. Justyna was responsible for collecting data from the EOSC Association's members and worked closely with the European Commission (DG RTD and DG CNNCT). Justyna's skillset was enriched by her experience as an EU R&I Policy Expert at the Polish Science Contact Agency in Brussels. Her focus was on monitoring EU research and innovation policy, liaising with various EU stakeholders, and organizing workshops and training for the research community.

She holds a PhD degree in Sociology.
